What to send for an office glass partition quotation in Dubai, and how to compare scope, materials, doors and installation details.
A useful quotation begins with the room you want to create. Explain how many people will use it, whether it is a meeting room or private office, and where doors need to open. Send photographs of the floor, ceiling and nearby walls as well as a simple marked-up plan. Approximate dimensions help start the discussion; final fabrication dimensions need a site check.
Record the office address and floor, approximate length and height of each partition, the number of doors, and any existing glass or framing to remove. Note lift access, delivery restrictions and working hours. Include your preferred frame colour and where you want privacy bands. Mark dimensions as approximate if you have not had them surveyed.
Ask each supplier to identify the proposed glass specification, frame system, doors, handles, hinges or sliding hardware, and privacy treatment. A lower total is not a like-for-like saving when the scope differs. Ask whether removal, disposal, protection, delivery, installation and making good are included or excluded.
Ask for the steps between survey and handover, including the point when measurements and finishes become final. Confirm whether material availability, building access or approvals could change the programme. Avoid assuming a delivery date is an installation completion date.
Keep the approved layout, finish samples, itemised quotation and any changes together. Before work starts, agree who can approve variations and how additional costs will be recorded. Ask for payment milestones and warranty terms in writing rather than inferring them from a general sales description.
Your message can read: “I need an office partition at [location], approximately [length] by [height], with [number] doors. I have attached photographs and a plan. Please confirm what survey information you need and provide an itemised scope.” Use the office-glass service page to discuss the next step.
